Path to Freedom
Breakfast: rice krispies and skimmed milk

Lunch: chicken and cranberry risotto, tuna steak on brocolli and prawn mash
(went out for lunch as one of the girls at work is going on maternity leave)

Tea: Ranchers Turkey (from WW recipe book), homemade chips (with no fat), baked beans

Snack: small bag of minstrels (okay, not quite so good!)

Path to Freedom
I have been overweight for as long as I can remember.

I have about 80 pounds to loose, so this is going to be a long journey.

I have tried most diets going. I am currently doing Weight Watchers but also implementing the ideas in Dr Phil's Ultimate Weight Solution and have personal reasons for being more motivated this time around.

Let's see where this takes me.
